Hello Everyone! I hope that you have been enjoying the holiday season! I know that I have been! Today, I want to share with you my 5 favorite hikes, which are all located in the North Georgia Region. The count down starts with number five and ends with my all-time favorite. Enjoy! 5.) Indian Seats- Cumming, Ga This hike is a short drive for most people, which is why it made the list! I like this trail, because it includes a long trail (4 miles roundtrip) and a short trail (2 miles round trip). The choice is yours! Both trails are quiet and relaxing, and they both lead to the same beautiful view!

4.) Raven Cliff Falls- Helen, Ga This is not a summit hike, but the trail and water fall at the end is beautiful! This would be a great trail to go explore during the summer months! Beware, the water is icy cold... even in the middle of July!

3.) Preacher's Rock- Dahlonega, Ga This trail is far away from the hustle and bussle of the city, but also close enough to drive too! It is a very short trail, and can be completed in about 1-2 hours. It is about 2 miles round trip. This can be a positive thing on busy days, or a negative for people who love long hikes. All in all, the view at the end is well worth it! *Fun Fact: This is the very first hike I ever did! It inspired me to start exploring more trails across the country!

2.) Blood Mountain- Helen, Ga (From Neel's Gap) Another beautiful hike away from the busy world! This is one of the longer trails on the list, but the view from the summit won't let you down! The trail is about 4.3 miles round trip.

1.) Finally! My all time favorite North Georgia Hike!!!

This hike will leave you feeling on top of the world! It is quite a difficult hike though! Prepare for a steep trek, which may require a few pitstops! The hike is about 4.4 miles roundtrip, but you will not regret it once you get to the top! For sure do not pass up this hike if you are in North Georgia! Life is to be experienced. Journey Wisely.
