Your Rainy Day Total Body Challenge!

Ugh it's pouring outside! I don't know about you, but I love doing my workouts outside. So rainy days make me a little.... LAZY! What about you guys?! Here is a lovely workout challenge that I want you to try on those dreary days. Fair warning though, this workout is intended to be very challenging and you will sweat! It is a HITT routine, which stands for high intensity interval training. This kind of workout is designed to help shed fat by increasing your heart rate, but also build and tone muscles. WIN WIN! The workout will include a warm up round, lower body round, and a upper body round. At the bottom of this page is the print out version of this workout if you would like to follow along at your own speed. So grab some water, tennis shoes, yourself, and prepare to challenge your body 100%! Say no to lazy rainy days!!
Workout Specs- Difficulty: Hard Length: 20-25 Minutes Warm Up: Included Recommend Tips: Take your time with the harder movements. Make sure to perform the movement with the correct form. Drink plenty of water and if you are brave enough go through this workout 2 times.
